This is an animated gif for Anne, one of my characters for my 2D animated cartoon 'Teqno Queen'. She's a skateboarder-turned modern day knight.
It's a skateboard in our world. But in that Altiverse- it is what becomes that shield you see becoming a sword (though here looks more like a lance). I call her skateboard/weapon/shield- a ©"Shkatesword." But, it's actually more than that....

WOW! you really did this with just Photoshop's animation tool? Very clever coz the character's movement is very fluent, this animation alone might have consisted of several frames. I love what you do and that's very clever of you. And to think that you have used traditional media and frame by frame animation meant there's an amount of effort poured on every animation you make. Animators nowadays tend to use vector graphics with flash. With what you did, you brought life to color pencils and Prismacolor markers. Well done.
