THEY WORE NO MASKS

This morning
As we boarded the bus
Like with bellies full of food
At us they jeered passing by
Ignoring the warnings
We all received
To stay arms' length apart
To wear masks
Means to co-conspire
In the scare the experts
Try to brainwash us
Into losing our sanity
They said
Heading home this eve
The bus stops for them
As one clutches her chest
To board for urgent care
The driver announces
Masks required
In painful anguish
They parted ways
As the bus leaves
They will remember that day  (3x)
They Laughed

While editing my Loki script, that it's Tom Hiddleston's birthday just dawned on me. So to you fans of this fabulous actor and his growing body of work,  enjoy the day!

PS. Have any of you seen "I Saw the Light" yet? What were your thoughts on the film and Hiddleston's portrayal of country music legend Hank Williams, Jr?

I'm a freelance voice actor and right this moment I'm editing a recorded audition in post production that I'm doing in Rod Serling character in Audacity.

I'm currently working on the segments “a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind” and "You’ve just crossed over into, The Twilight Zone”

I edit the first segment without a hitch and all is well as usual.

I press 'play' for both segments to hear them and all goes well until the following bit slows down playback ON ITS OWN  TALES FROM THE DARKSIDE STYLE and TWILIGHT ZONE STYLE
"You’ve... just... crossed... over... into...

I STOP THAT _%(@%_(#!!!!!

(o.O)

Aaaah! It is happening again!

ON "Time... is... running...short...."

I'm going to bed now. I'm resuming this in the morning.

Brief Overview:
Immediately following the Avengers' rescue of New York and Loki's departure,
Steve Rogers follows Natasha's advice to seek Nick Fury in order to ask him for a job.
She also attempts to tell him the significance of assassination attempts in Eastern Europe that he may want to know about.
However, Fury may not be willing to talk about that...
